(1) Ordinary and registered postal items that cannot be delivered without any trace even after all kinds of inquiries can be kept at the address post office for a period of seven days.
(2) In the case of non-deliverable postal items, such postal items can be held as a bond only for 31 days from the date of receipt, if a notice is written to stop until the postmaster or postmaster or a similar notice is written.
(3) Redirected postal items shall not be held in custody for more than one day if delivery is not possible even when trying to deliver the item to the addressee.
(4) If delivery is not possible, if the addressee cannot be received by telegraph or radio, the addressee cannot be held in bond for more than three days from the date of receipt of the address by post.
